The Ahafo Regional Director of NADMO, Gabriel Adu-Bonsu, says considering the prudent management of the country’s economy, the ruling NDC shall undoubtedly retain power in the 2028 general election with another overwhelming majority in parliament.
According to him, the stabilisation of the cedi, the massive road expansion projects across the country through the Big Push agenda and expansion of the economy, which will lead to the creation of more jobs, are ample testimony of the marvelous works being executed by the Mahama-led NDC government.
Mr. Adu-Bonsu, who is also the Dean of all Regional Directors of NADMO, said Ghanaians are witnesses to the numerous gains being chalked under President John Mahama in all the various sectors of the economy and will accordingly reward the NDC by retaining it during the next election.
In an exclusive interview with our Chief Editor, Richard Boahen at a coded location in the Ahafo Region yesterday, Mr. Adu-Bonsu was emphatic that no amount of propaganda by opposition elements could dent the growing levels of trust and confidence in the current government by the Ghanaian people.
“My brother, the NDC is really not in any way bothered about whoever becomes the flagbearer of the opposition NPP. All that we know is that we (the NDC) shall again emerge victorious, come December 2028.”
“In no time when various road contractors will be in full swing, constructing various roads in all corners of the country, there will be numerous employment opportunities (both direct and indirect) in the construction sector. Our young people will get jobs to do and contribute to the growth and development of the country.”
The Ahafo Regional NADMO Director called on all NDC faithful to consciously work to protect and defend the good works of the government to solidify the party’s support base across all constituencies.
